CloudCentral Enterprise Desktop as a Service is a centralised virtual Windows desktop environment. It can be accessed from any device including iPhone, iPad, Android, PC, Mac and any other device that supports the Remote Desktop Protocol. Our services are simple to manage and scale through our self-service online portal.

CloudCentral Managed Enterprise Desktop is available from our Australian data centres. These data centres offer ASIO T4 compliant physical security and connectivity to the ICON fiber network.


Desktop as a Service is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection, but you can also establish a direct cross connect into the CloudCentral network  or participate in a network peering-exchange within the data centre.


CloudCentral Managed Enterprise Desktop is supported by a grid storage architecture that replicates data between members of the grid to maintain at least two copies of desktop data within the grid. Data is stored on enterprise grade SAS hard disks and connected with hardware RAID controllers to the host system.


Each desktop is backed up once per day to backup storage contained within the same data centre.

Replication of the entire desktop to a second data centre is also possible for an additional cost.


All services are located behind DSD approved Juniper SRX firewalls. Best-practice security policies and procedures are used to minimise attack surfaces and ensure a fully patched and secure supporting infrastructure.

Network level security is enforced via Layer-2 and Layer-3 network separation and access control. CloudCentral systems administrators hold Australian Government security clearances.

Software Licensing

CloudCentral can provide the necessary Microsoft software licences, or you can supply your own existing Microsoft software licences.

Service Level Agreement

CloudCentral Managed Enterprise Desktop is provided with a 99.95% availability SLA.
