Paul Whittle is a senior member of the Group as Group Service Delivery Manager.

Having been solely responsible for IT within numerous businesses from small to large size in the UK over the last 29 years, Paul has a hands-on approach to successful IT leadership and is an effective influencer and communicator.

Focussed on delivering excellent Customer Service and driving business improvement by integrating IT solutions with process, people and systems with a strong history of reducing cost and increasing operating efficiencies.

Paul has a strong track history of entering businesses and making significant improvement on the level of I.T. Service offered to their clients within a reasonably short period of time.

In the UK Paul has held a number of senior management roles across Public Sector and Utility businesses in areas such as: Social Housing, Home Emergency, Defence, Highways, Rail, Gas, Water and Telecoms as well as Retail, Manufacturing and Facilities Management.

Paul has been involved in a number of fast growth businesses in the past 15 years, and a significant part of their growth was enabled by the level of Service Delivery and the IT systems put in place. In the last two years Paul has been working directly with some of the world’s largest retailers, collaboratively working to improve service levels and deliver innovation to improve business process and make them operationally more efficient.

Having spent his entire career indoors, in his spare time Paul enjoys anything outdoors especially hill walking, kayaking and cycling.
