• All services provided with 99.95% availability service level agreement (SLA).
• All prices listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), excluding Goods & Services Tax (GST).
• Term Commitment discounts: 5% for 12-months, 10% for 24-months, 15% for 36-months.
• Default Hypervisor is Citrix XenServer. Add 10% to IaaS Compute prices for VMware ESX.
• Monthly prices are estimates based on running continuosly for a 'standard' month (30 days / 720 hours).
• Microsoft licenses are supplied by the month via Microsoft Service Provider License Agreement (SPLA).
• Microsoft License Mobility available. Visit License Mobility Through Software Assurance for conditions.
• 1 x CloudCentral Virtual Compute Unit (VCU) is equivalent to AWS EC2 Elastic Compute Unit
